Installation of 99,90 kWp photovoltaic self-consumption for the electrical supply of FRIGORIFICOS VILLAJOYOSA, a frozen warehouse company in Alicante (Spain)
It is a project of the PROSOLIA ENERGY group, through the company NEWCO DEVELOPMENTS SL, for the supply of renewable energy to the FRIGORIFICOS VILLAJOYOSA company by installing a solar self-consumption system on its own roof, a connection to its low voltage internal network and a long-term contract (PPA) for the sale of the renewable electricity produced.
With the start-up of this renewable energy installation, it is estimated that more than 48 tons of CO2 will no longer be emitted into the atmosphere annually.

Description of the facility to be financed:
The solar power station will be made up of 270 solar panels of 370 W of power each, installed on the current roof of the factory through an aluminum support structure.
3 inverters will be installed and the installation will have 90 kW of total nominal power.
The support structures for the panels on the roof will be made of fixed type steel and will be directly connected to the existing structure of the building, so that the panels are arranged on the roof of the building. The panels will have an inclination angle of 15º or equal to the roof and azimuth equal to that of the roof.
It also includes the supply and installation of:
-Junction boxes
-Wiring and connectors. DC low voltage lines from the panels to the inverter;
- Low voltage AC evacuation lines from the inverter to the connection point (QGBT) in the customer's internal network;
- Energy telemetry system;
- Monitoring system;
The photovoltaic installation will generate 155,82 MWh / year of which 136,34 MWh / year will be consumed at the customer's own facilities, representing a coverage of the customer's global consumption of 32,34%.
Collective loan guarantees:
This collective loan has the unlimited personal guarantee of the requesting company, NEWCO DEVELOPMENTS SL, as well as the solidarity consolidation of the company PROSOLIA ESPAÑA SL (both companies of the PROSOLIA ENERGY group) and the transfer of credit from the energy sale contract with FRIGORIFICOS VILLAJOYOSA SL.
