Summary of the project to be financed:
Installation of photovoltaic self-consumption of 521.55 kWp for DERAZA IBÉRICO, a meat products company from Talavera de la Reina (Toledo, Spain).
It is estimated that with this solar energy installation in the company's warehouse in Talavera de la Reina, the annual emission of about 239 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere will be avoided.
This collective loan has the participation of a professional investor group, investing an amount of € 130,000
Description of the facility to be financed:
Quantica Renovables will install 1,159 450Wp modules, which will occupy an area of 2,550 m2 on the roof of the warehouse, plus 4 inverters, with a total installed power of 521.55 KWp. The orientation of the panels is 15º south deviation and 5% inclination. With remote reading and monitoring systems in real time.
It is estimated that an annual production of 772,416 KWh will be generated of which 96% will be self-consumed, representing an energy saving of 23.5% on it's consumption.

Deraza Ibérico is an Iberian meat products company located in Talavera de la Reina (Toledo, Spain) and with facilities in MercaMadrid.
Founded in 2009, it currently has 245 employees.
In 2020, it had a total turnover of 73.7 million euros, with a profit before tax of 0.8 million euros.
Since 2010, the company has the participation of the autonomous community of Castilla la Mancha in it's shareholding, through the public companies Instituto de Finanzas de Castilla la Mancha, SA- IFCLM (with 6.25% of the capital) and Sociedad para el Desarrollo Industrial de Castilla la Mancha, SA- SODICAMAN (with 6.25% of the capital).

Collective loan guarantees:
This collective loan has the unlimited personal guarantee of the requesting company, DERAZA IBÉRICO, SL, as well as the solidarity consolidation of the company METADELI FOOD GROUP, SL, a company of the same group, also owner of the warehouse occupied by both companies and where the installation of solar energy for self-consumption will be carried out.
